I am sure a lot of people will say fiction, purely for the reason that it has not been proven successful. It’s going to take me at least five years to prove it either way as well.

I am in this for the long run. Payday is around the corner and I will have to be tweaking my budget so as to put in another $100.

The weekend has been good to me and the results have been positive on my bank balance. I had told my self I would only be focusing on Soccer, but on Friday there was an opportunity I could not pass up in the Cricket match between Australia and India. Batting last Australia were set a target of more then 400 to win the match. There was more then enough time for the result (more then 2 days); the weather forecast was good for the next couple of days, so a result was virtually guaranteed. Logging in to Betfair I found the odds too good to pass up, India were 6/10 (1.6) favorites with a win in my opinion virtually guaranteed. People were blinded the 16 win streak Australia had achieved and were blinded to the fact that chasing down more then 400, batting last, is not an everyday occurrence, and definitely the price for India and Australia (16/10 or 2.6) was definitely unrealistic. Without hesitation I invested in an India win and was rewarded nicely. This was an excellent investment chance, fairly low on the risk side and with a decent reward.

What people need to remember here is that not all investments will return a positive outcome. People do buy stocks and they go down, and you just have to stomach it as a loss and just like in the betting you will lose some, but as long as you focus on the long run and come out on top.
