Callum writes our bookmaker reviews. For each brand he works through the welcome offer and its terms, the payment methods and stated withdrawal times, the racing extras and the app listings, and he records the date he checked them. Offers change often, so each listing on the site shows when it was last confirmed.

Racing is his other beat. Best odds guaranteed, extra places and each-way terms make a real difference to a racing punter, and they vary between bookmakers more than the adverts suggest. Callum explains how each concession works with simple examples and notes the conditions that sit behind it, such as qualifying races or cut-off times.

He ranks nothing by hand, and he has no say over who comes first. Positions in our tables come from the published rating method, and Callum's job is to make sure the inputs are accurate and current. When a bookmaker changes an offer or a feature, he updates the review and the rating follows with the next refresh.

Every review follows the same checklist. Callum confirms the licence on the Gambling Commission register, reads the current welcome offer terms in full, lists the deposit and withdrawal methods with any stated limits, and notes whether best odds guaranteed and extra places apply. Anything he cannot confirm on the operator's own pages stays off the listing.

He looks after the bookmaker reviews, the free bets and new betting sites pages, the horse racing and best odds guaranteed lists, fast withdrawals, betting apps and the each way guide. When an offer changes, those are the pages he rechecks first, and the date beside each offer shows when he last confirmed it.
